If you have been wanting to get in shape, but not sure how to start it's time to take this step. We specialize in making women feel great. You don't even have to go to the gym.

Coach Patty is the trainer that comes to you. We'll exercise in the comfort and safety of your own home. No travel, no gym membership, no hassle. We start at your current fitness level and focus on exercises that improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance, and flexibility. If you are already active we will work to find new challenges that are just right for your ability and any current limitations. If you are new to exercise we start off easy and steadily work to improve fitness.

How do I get started?

Let me know your interest using my contact form. I'll be in touch quickly (usually within a few hours). After a bit of discussion via e-mail we will schedule a consultation. The consultation is when I learn more about you and your training needs. You also get to ask questions. Once we decide on the right approach for your goals you can purchase the training package of your choice.

Sessions are sold in packages of 5, 10, or 20. In addition to in home training we also offer online training for those that qualify.
